On site AC Service Assistance
A Freephone call to our 24/7 help desk will have a specialist air conditioning service engineer on site with the spares, tools, refrigerant and equipment to conduct an experienced evaluation of the problem and a skilfully executed repair.
We aim for a 90% fix rate on the first visit which reduces air conditioning downtime, consequential losses to the business and the costs of a second visit
We achieve this by:
- Only employing specialist ac engineers and providing ongoing training in new technology. Every one of our service engineers is REFCOM certified which confirms his competence in refrigerant handling
- Providing every engineer with a range of technical manuals covering most types of air conditioning systems in current use, generic risk assessments, method statements and a health and safety manual
- Operating a fleet of service vehicles, equipped with a wide range of spare parts and specialist tools and equipment including that for safe on site refrigerant recovery and disposal
We have ISO 9001;2008 and 14001, REFCOM, SAFE CONTRACTOR and CHAS accreditations to ensure quality, safe refrigerant management and good working practices throughout the duration of the repair
