We’ve strengthened and expanded our service operation to meet the new range of challenges in chiller and air conditioning service and maintenance.
Michael Craig has been appointed to the Board of the Coolmation Group as Service Director to take its already successful chiller service and maintenance operation to the next level of growth and beyond.
As part of his strategy for growth, Michael has recruited a new Service and Maintenance Sales Manager, Franco Cofano who joins Coolmation from Flakt Woods. Franco will be responsible for expanding the business within London and the Home Counties, and a search is currently underway to recruit additional Sales Managers for the Midlands and North.
In support of sales growth, the operational side of the service business has been strengthened by the appointment of two regional services managers, Tim Squibb, and David Philips, both promoted from the Coolmation service team. This new management team will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of service delivery.
The headquarters of Coolmation Service at Markfield near Leicester have been expanded to accommodate additional technical support and help desk staff, including Carl Fennel who has recently joined the company from Interserv. IT networks and databases have also been upgraded to cope with increased volumes of business.

Prior to joining Coolmation, Michael was employed in senior management positions with well known UK companies including Airedale Air Conditioning, J&E Hall and Denco, but began his career with Trane UK completing 19 years continuous service as UK and European Operations Manager.
